Make healthy dry fruit smoothies


Banana Dates Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup dates (seedless)

1 cup ice

Pinch of nutmeg powder

Preparation

Blend together all the ingredients with a pinch of nutmeg powder and serve immediately.



Honey Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

1tbsp honey

4tbsp almond

1/2 cup yoghurt

1 cup ice

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients till they combine well. Serve cold.

Mango Pistachio Smoothie

Ingredients

1 mango peeled and chopped

3tbsp pistachio

1 cup ice

1/2 cup milk

Pinch of cinnamon powder

Preparation

Blend together all the ingredients. Serve cold.

Cherry Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup cherry

2tbsp powdered walnuts

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Greek yoghurt

1 tsp honey

Preparation

Blend together all the ingredients. Serve chilled.
