A good diet leads to better health

To ensure that we keep the COVID-19 pandemic at bay, it is important that all of us, regardless of where we might be, live healthy lifestyles and eat foods that help boost our immunity.

Doubly important for all of us is to take care of those who might not be able to fully take care of themselves, particularly children and the elderly. To ensure we eat a balanced diet, the World Health Organization (WHO) has shared advice on how all of us can eat healthy and stay well during times such as these.
