Lajawab Mutton

•Lamb pieces:1kg
•Tomatoes: 3,finely chopped
•Yoghurt :3tbsp
•Garlic: 4, finely chopped
•Ginger piece: 1 inch,grated
•Coriander powder: 3tbsp
•Salt to taste
To grind:
•Cumin seeds: 2tsp
•Green cardamoms: 3
•Black peppercorns: 5
•Cloves: 2
•Cinnamon: 1/2 inch

•In a mixing bowl, marinate lamb pieces with tomatoes, yoghurt, ginger and garlic, coriander powder, salt and the ground masala/spice.
•Keep aside for 1 hour.
•Heat oil in a pot, add the marinated lamb and cover with tight lid.
•Cook on slow flame till meat/lamb is tender and dry or till the oil seperates from the meat.
•Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis or nans.
