Grilled Spicy Meatballs

•Chicken: 250g, ground
•Spring onion: 1/4 cup, chopped
•Ginger minced: 1/4tsp
•Garlic minced: 1tsp
•Celery: 2tbsp, chopped
•Salt as required
•Yellow and red bell paper
•Onion: 2, chopped
•Soy sauce: 1tsp
•Salt as required
•Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
•Olive oil: 2-3 tbsp
• Sesame seed: to garnish
For the spicy sauce:
• Worcestershire sauce: 2tbsp
• Soy sauce: 2tbsp
• Rice vinegar: 1tsp
• Tomato ketchup: 3tbsp
• Hoisin sauce: 4tbsp
• Brown sugar: 1/2 tsp
• Corn flour: 1/2 tsp
• Chicken stock: 1tbsp
• Soak the skewers in cold water for 20-30 minutes and preheat the grill.
• In a bowl take the ground chicken, chopped spring onions, minced ginger-garlic, chopped celery, soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder and mix it properly. Shape them into balls.
• Thread the meatballs, onion and bell peppers on skewers and keep aside.
• Mix all the sauces and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
• Combine corn flour  with chicken stock and mix it in the sauce.
• Remove from heat.
• Place the skewers on the grill rack and grill until the meatballs are golden brown and the peppers start to brown on the edges.
• Brush the sauce mix several times.
• Garnish with sesame seeds.
