• Handful of peeled shrimps ( keep the skin)
• Handful of calamari
• Handful of mussels
• 2 pieces fish fillet
• 1 tbsp butter
• Garlic cloves, 5 minced
• Salt and pepper
• Cooking cream, 2 cups
• Lemon slices
•Put butter in a pan.
•Add garlic and mix well.
•Add shrimps skin and stir well until they turn pink.
•Add 5 cups of water and leave to boil.
•In another pan, add a little bit of butter and garlic, then put in the peeled shrimps, mussels and calamari.
•Then add fish fillet and mix them together. Stir well.
•Strain the shrimps skin from the boiled water. Add the seafood mix to the soup.
• Add cooking cream and whisk well. Add salt and pepper as desired.
• Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and lemon slices.
