Life can never be perfect but should we keep complaining about all the things that we do not have or about the challenges that we face? Due to the recent pandemic we all are going through difficulties and challenges but instead of complaining about the situation all the time let us look at the brighter side. While it is ok to express feelings of pain and stress as they are our natural response we should also try to get over it soon.
As we are in the Holy Month of Ramadan it becomes all the more essential to embrace the realities and be thankful for all the good things that happen in our lives. Life is not always going to be the way we expect it to be. There will be troubles, pain and challenges but the sooner we accept, the better. Set a goal of ‘will not complain’ for a day and see the positive change that it brings in your life.
