Be eco-friendly this Ramadan

The Holy Month of Ramadan is the best time to be eco-friendly. From reusing and recycling, to keeping our environment clean, every little step of ours can help to reduce our ecological footprints. Ensure that you give back to the planet by recycling, by planting trees and also by preserving the nature. Inculcate a positive change in your attitude towards the environment. The values of environmental consciousness tells us to be compassionate and respectful towards God’s creation. It is important that we buy less and consume less too. In a world of limited resources, keep control on your  urges to buy things that you do not need and eventually waste. Also, it is better to buy locally grown food that are fresh and does not have pesticides and preservatives.
