One of the most important good deeds is sharing the knowledge that Allah the Almighty has blessed us with. And when it comes to religious views and spirituality, God loves those who pass on their knowledge to others and guide them, as he would shower them with endless rewards and virtues. CRISPY SESAME LAMB
100g ( 1 cup) boneless lamb, cut into thin strips
3tbsp corn flour
3 garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1tsp freshly ground pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
Combine all the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs and oil in a bowl.Mix well.
Heat oil in a wok on low heat. Toss the lamb in the breadcrumbs to coat completely and gently slip into the hot oil for deep frying.
Fry the lamb till its cooked through and is golden brown and cripsy.
Remove and drain on kitchen paper.Serve hot with honey chilli sauce.
